Todd Monaghan, 2021, 22"/28"/.75" (framed in a metal frame and covered with glass), gesso, spray paint, oil marker.
Rehoboth Lighthouse, like most of the paintings in the Rehoboth Residency was created by repurposing a painted procured at a local second hand store. This painting, which is framed in a metal silver frame and covered in glass, is one of the only pieces in the series that has color. This color is achieved with both spray paint and oil based paint markers. The piece is a continued exploration of the space that exist between all of us. The orbs that make up our inner and outer universe.
