This painting, a canvas that was left on the side of a road with a sign on it stating "Free" was repurposed, reworked and appropriated by Monaghan for his Rehoboth Beach Residency collection. Monaghan keep the key elements of the original work expanding on it into his universe and vision. What was originally a scene of 15 geese flying over a marsh became 16 geese flying through an alternative black and white universe.
